Hank Williams the Cat needs a home

 




Hi I'm Hank Williams! I'm looking for a second chance at a forever home. I am a large orange tabby boy about 5 1/2 years old. I had a home once, but my former family did not want me when I got sick. I'm all better now and enjoying my foster home where I have lots of cat trees to climb, relax in, or watch the birds go by.  I like to play with that feather thing my foster mom waves around, looks like little birdies! I'm a sweet guy who will sit by your side, and maybe I'll learn to sit on your lap in time. I do need to live with understanding people, because like many cats that have been declawed, I can sometimes feel defenseless. I need you to be patient with me as I adjust to new surroundings and bond with you. I'm a sensitive guy, and I might be shy when we first meet, but give me time and I will warm up to you fast!   I also get along with one of my foster family's resident cat, so I would be a great new friend for a resident cat that is not timid or shy.  I sometimes like to play chase, and the shyer kitties don't appreciate my games! Are you looking for someone to love who has lots of love to give in return?
